I work 'with' clients - in a way that feels comfortable and beneficial to you and at your pace - we discuss between us what this might look like.
Person-Centred therapy is non-judgemental and provides you with a safe, trusting and compassionate space to explore difficulties and any options that might be available, alongside gaining a better understanding of yourself.
This way of working does not limit what can be explored or worked with - to date, I have worked with the below list and more. If I felt you would benefit beyond my scope of knowledge, such as a more specialised service this would be communicated.
